We lost some pictures but here is what we have. The bootom was sheathed with kevlar and set in epoxy. This should allow her to be dragged on the beach. Kevlar does not sand well and goes fussy. We found using a sharp plane best for fairing. The keel and skeg were then glued and screwed on.

Our beautiful red cedar was turned into plank which are riveted and bedded with Sikaflex

Whiskey Planked

Pulled off the molds to have a look.

Sample made for Squirt's birds mouth mast.

Sitka spruce is scarfed and glued for mast.
